THE JOURNEY
Where touch therapy meets sound healing. This 60 minute session finds you laying face up on my luxurious massage table where you can choose to be swaddled in either a weighted or fluffy fleece blanket. We begin your journey with neck release followed by being bathed in the vibrations of a singing bowl. Next your hands, arms and anterior shoulders receive treatment before I introduce the trancendental sounds of my symphonic gong. We follow this with attention to your lower legs and feet to begin the process of grounding you which culminates with shamanic drumming to bring you more fully into your body. I end your journey of sound with the greatest sound, the sound of silence which I pair with gentle cranial work infused with Reiki. A Body Archaeology favorite!!
